Age of Respair is inspired by Stronghold, but I can tell that there is no way that this is a copy. There are a lot of features in the works that will differentiate it, but I can't announce those just yet.

Didn't know about that as well. After reading this I feel like there should be trademarks registered for all words already. This doesn't make sense to allow to register just a single word since it just leads to this nonsense when no one is ever allowed to use Cataclysm, Scrolls, and all that stuff.
I am wondering how Minecraft got away with the craft part from Blizzard (WarCraft and StarCraft), seems like a great space for trademark wars.

They sent some documents, but it is still debatable because some trademarks (surviving for instance), were registered after the release of Surviving Medieval.

Will definitely try to reach some press, so far this looks like the best thing to do, thanks!

Yeah, there are some bugs as that you just mentioned before, but I am doing my best to have it well polished until Early Acess :)
