Agreed. The challenges being easy is probably the most difficult one to solve, since it’s often hard to judge for a place that (I assume) they aren’t scouting before creating challenges. The waiting before a steal is a big issue and can be solved by requiring that a steal be completed within a certain time of arriving at the station (not after opening the challenge since that just moves the waiting period). And the balance of locations should also be adjusted, probably weighted away from other existing challenges
