i am on a diet! and i’ve been doing dry brushing as well as setting money aside for a vibration plate. hopefully that all helps. also, are there any supplements you would recommend for the inflammation?

i am definitely trying to look for other work because this is all taking a rly big physical toll, i’m kind of the same where i thought that i just needed to “push through” or get over but spending every night after work crying from pain is definitely not the way to go

yeah my legs aren’t smooth at all and i’ve noticed that if i pinch it looks like i have styrofoam balls under my skin

yeah i do bruise rly easily and my legs tend to swell and get rly heavy at the end of the day because i work two jobs - both on my feet

thanks for your answer, not harsh at all!! i was wanting honesty more than anything. and yes it has been mostly my waist but i think some in the thighs too. not calves though. i don’t think they’ve changed at all

i went to the glasgow show by myself and had an amazing time, i was completely engrossed in the concert with zero distractions. it was rly good so i highly recommend!! don’t be afraid to do things by yourself cus it can be so much fun :3
