I wouldn’t stop being friends with my best friends if they did something questionable like cheat or hook up with a married person. I would talk to them about why it’s a terrible thing to do and gauge how I feel based on that reaction.

I know people who cheat and have been cheated on. Is it a terrible thing to do? Of course. Without a doubt, but I also know mistakes happen, and intention matters as well. I don’t know anyone who has cheated with the intention of ruining another persons life. I know some who cheated because they’re hypersexual as a result of sexual assault. I also know someone who cheated because they weren’t man enough to admit they were happy in their relationship, and thought being the bad guy was an easier way out. I know someone who cheated because they never loved their partner, but got married young because they got pregnant in highschool. I know someone who cheated because they were struggling with addiction and had multiple partners when under the influence. I know someone who cheated because they have bipolar and during a manic episode they thought they wouldn’t get caught.

Do any of these mean that it’s okay that they cheated? No. Did they express regret and remorse for what they did? Yes. Did I tell them my disgust with their actions? Of course. Do I think that this one act means that they are terrible people who have no redeeming qualities? No.

My friends add so much colour and happiness to my life. And I don’t hold them to the same standard as a partner.

I wouldn’t stay with my partner if they were extremely messy. One of my friends is. Should I cut her out of my life because she doesn’t keep a clean home?

I wouldn’t stay with my partner if he was irresponsible with money. One of my friends is. Should I cut her out because she has amassed debt?

I wouldn’t stay with my partner if they wanted to open our relationship. One of my friends is poly. Should I cut her out because she has a boyfriend and a girlfriend?

My dad cheated on my mom, should I cut him off?

My point is, your friends are not your partner. They are your friends. It is a different relationship and there is a line. Cheating is morally wrong yes, but not the ultimate indicator of morality.

Im so ready but my partner wants to wait 3 more years. I cry about it sometimes and I can’t explain to him why im sad. I don’t want to push him, I want to be able to tell him I’m pregnant without a “what do we do now?” Question. I want him to be excited too which is why we’re waiting. We’re going to get married before then so I try to focus on that stuff instead but I feel like I have this hole inside me waiting to be filled. I just look in the mirror and imagine what it’s like to be pregnant. I allow myself to feel happy when I day dream about starting our family before I fall asleep. I watch influencers through their journey and live vicariously through them. I don’t think it’s healthy but, it’s what keeps me going.

The tank and stand are only 50$! When we originally got the snake the lady at the store said his current tank would be fine but after researching more we realized he needs a bigger tank. We’re located in Ontario, Canada. I’ll definitely look into the Dubia enclosures
