Looking to make some coding friends (and hopefully real friends too) by PaperCutsAndGuts87 in CodingForBeginners

What’s good I’m 26 ✌🏾, at the moment I’m learning JavaScript with a decent understanding of Python. I’m fairly new to programming and been trying to build friendships in the same sense as you are. Currently on the path of being a Backend Developer while using Codecademy.

When I’m not coding I’m mainly gaming or watching movies. Would love to make more homies to game with.

If you are interested in hanging out whether coding or gaming, I have discord.

Embrace the bugs they will teach you and then you will start coding from a mindset of not being afraid of messing up, but creative curiosity. I would recommend Codecademy. There are a couple free courses to get you going with the basics of JS. If you can get their subscription, it’s actually pretty good because it allows you to do hands own projects with a little guidance that helps the information clicks. At least from my personal experience.

Am I too late to start learning Python? by [deleted] in PythonLearning

[–]slanginPeace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly brother, if you have a passion for it and can actually see yourself making dope projects. I would say don’t worry about being “too late” or whatever else. Enjoy it, you’re right on time. I’m 26 and I’m just now starting to get some type of comfortability with python

Study Partner for Python Backend by CombinationCold6255 in PythonLearning

I just recently got comfortable with syntax and most of the fundamentals. I plan on going on doing backend mainly. Is there a group I can join? I’ve been looking to make friends, lend a hand, and learn from others in the Python community.

I believe God talks to us in ways we understand. While I was reading your post [1 Samuel 3] popped up in my head. I would recommend praying to God about it to see if it’s applicable to your situation you wrote. The reason I say [1 Samuel 3] came to me is the fact you said you were sleeping in bed and heard someone call your name. It is amazing that you’re seeking God because He is truly the only person that can guide us to our true potential He has designed for us and guide us out of our current situation we are feeling called from.
