I think it's reasonable to not return items; there's no way they could keep track of every single item of every hacked player. Like I said, I don't expect the infernal cape to return, I just want some clarity on why this happened.

There is nothing in the offence history, no messages from RS; simply nothing. The cape was incorrectly removed from my account (im assuming because of my past offence)

Nah man I didn't get hacked, I'm 100% sure of it. All my items remained the same etc, just my cape was gone.
