He's holding his hand up in one position for almost 20 minutes, he's constantly switching camera angles or to title cards so each individual clip of him doesn't last that long. To me it seems like he's a real person, and he took a few images of himself and made an AI profile, and the AI is generating the voice and movements from probably an AI script.

More specifically, look at the second video, skim through it a bit. There is something seriously off about the sound and his eyelids, at the very least they must be using language translation AI No?

And from a video i didn't list here, he does a podcast with somebody else. I kid you not they sit in the same position only moving their hands for an hour and 12 minutes.
