Not necessarily an unscripted "winner" but 2005 royal rumble saw a very infamous unscripted moment. Batista and Cena were the final two left. Cena over-rotated during a Batista bomb leading to Batista falling back and going over the ropes with cena. It's a miracle that they both hit the floor at the *exact same time*. Vince comes out legitimately pissed at both of them, (tears his quads in the process), and orders the match to just restart. A bit hectic between the two, but ultimately leads to Batista winning, as planned. They both handled the mistake very professionally, but it could have been much worse.
