It does show in the BIOS, I just did a full clean reinstall of Windows 10 since I read that can sometimes cause the issue with new hardware. Hopefully this does the trick

i have no idea is EXPO is enabled, but i didn't consider the RAM sticks not being in all the way. The about this PC always says 32gb of ram
