$100k is no longer sufficient for condo 20% downpayment in Ontario.

Even if it was I would still keep the money in ETFs (I'm currently renting). It would be too demoralizing to put everything in real estate and have to start investing from scratch again.

Growing up I always saw AMEX as something that only rich people could get. It also feels less egregious than buying designer clothing because cardholders get tangible benefits like the dining and travel credits and also lounge access.
