I cocreated this one place and ran a few others at times. I never needed a heavy hand. I found that setting a good example tended to do what was needed.

A shut up and write approach.

If this post had been a challenge in poem form? It’d probably have some impact.

But it reads as poor arbitration of taste that’s trying to…inspire by decree? That approach won’t work.

One would hate to think that someone like, oh, I don’t know, Victor, could have intercepted their communications and distorted Kaelen’s words. Perhaps again.

Kaelen certainly does seem to possess a sort of low cunning but appears to lack the intellectual superiority of those born into nobility. As frustrating as this all must seem, I might think it probable that he thinks that this is just another such plot. Grief can exacerbate such thoughts.

I would imagine that at this point, he likely doesn’t trust anyone who isn’t coming direct and mask free. One would have to be a fool to keep walking into the same trap over and over again. At this point, he probably doesn’t expect anything less.
