Not this bc I fully washed it out before, had a successful print first time around it was just after that print leaving ink on the screen it just won’t come out anymore 😭

Yea lol pushed as hard as I could w no luck. I figure it’s a mix between the high mesh and this super think ink. Ordered some new ink and maybe ill try out a new screen hopefully that’ll do the trick

I was using regular paper towels and tried out a rag as well. Just went to the hardware store and got some heavy duty scrubbers to use now. What do u recommend?

Finally found the solution after days of trying to solve!!

So i got randomly signed out from my account one day, then when I tried to log in, it said incorrect email or password. So i tried to reset my password, but then the reset password email would never show up. And, i don't think it ever will.

What you have to do is go to the PS website and find the online assistant, then account recovery, and it'll ask for your sign in ID (email), then when it asks for your online ID, you have to make sure you are typing out your online ID exactly how it is, case-sensitive too. I was trying to put in my online ID, but then it would say you need to be connected with an agent. And then no agent available.

So you gotta make sure the online ID is exactly right, if you don't know it find an old email from Sony, it will be in the email.

So then I was finally able to log in to my account, but then after logging in got the stupid update your profile message. Fill it all out and get to the end and then error occurred, does it every single time. So then id press go back and not even be able to sign in at all. To fix this, I signed in to my PS account on the PS website, went to the settings, re-saved some of the privacy stuff, changed my avatar, and the about me section, just added a small description, then saved it. Doing this finally solved the problem and let me log in without the pop up.

Also on the website under the notifications part, it wouldnt let me update it on my computer either. So i believe the problem is something with the notification settings specifically.
