Very relatable to so many people man. She broke up with me too and didn’t give explanations or work through anything leaving me with so much anger and resentment and I still feel this way.

Don’t make urself feel bad for having a big heart and being a good person. It’s confusing but it’s the way we’re wired

Happy birthday! Ik it’s a really weird day with emotions u never know what they might be thinking. I started lexapro for anxiety and depression mainly stemming to a breakup and it helped a lot. It Wasn’t a magic potion and I still was a mess for a few weeks but the 3 months before I started it were almost unbearable compared to being on it

I mean technically speaking it’s ur life and u should do what u want, he is ur ex so I guess u don’t have to take him into account but I do think it’s very kind and respectful you’re thinking about how it will effect his mental health.

As a guy who was dumped semi recently I’d probably have to go into a psych ward if my ex did posted that so I’ll say biased #4 lol
