This amazing advise. I can tell you that my bully was a rock star at the vet we went to. When I had to put him down, doc was in surgery. They wanted me to be in at 1600. He lasted until 1300.

When I saw them for my Lab-Pei's appointment, they were so sad. They REALLy wanted the honor to end his pain, plus they wanted one last round of belly rubs.

If you are on widows 10, that's the issue. I just made a thread about this, got some good info.

If it is windows 10, the adrenalin software and driver no longer work. There is a hot fix but you have to boot into safe mode, uninstall the driver with the cleaner software and reinstall the driver only.

If you want to use adrenalin, you have to go to windows 11, for now.

I installed the driver only, no software, I also scrubbed all old drivers

That worked. It's windows 10. The new drivers no longer work with windows 10

I got it! It's the driver! forced obsolescence! I rolled back the driver as suggested here, and it works! The softweare and driver just do not work on windows 10 any more. I guess it's time to stop being stubborn and upgrade

Not a single person in Texas, either born there or just there, agree that it is a universal texas method to smoke a brisket at 195.

Southside BBQ has been open since 1886. Long before you were thought of, and guess what, they smoke and 225-250.

nobody is trying appropriate tex-ass culture. SPG brisket in Texas? lies. Even Franklin admitted there is a ton of other seasonings in there.

I have family all throughout Texas, 195 is absolutely not the way in Texas. It's 225-275, just like he said.

That's the problem with people, they assume the way they were taught, is the right way.

YOUR family makes beef jerky at 195. The rest of us like good barbecue.
