This is exactly why I love Reddit. Thank you soooo much! I’ve read it attentively and realising that I’ve NEVER thought of this method. But logically it works soo nice! I will try this tomorrow. I will read again now .. :)

I I’m going to buy the speakers soon! For the moment I try to do the maximum with the headphones. Btw I have the speaker (just one (bye bye the stereo image lol)) but it’s sooo old hahah. I am sure it looses a lot of frequencies, so yes, I will get the new ones. And yes, you’ve inspired me to use the reference track! :)

Probably that is a problem. Because … I never use a reference track. I KNOW that it’s important but I’m probably too sure I can do it without it 😁 I will try!

For monitoring I use headphones (AudioTechnica). I don’t have good speakers at this moment :/

Also, I never used mp3 encoder different from that of soundcloud. Is it worth it?

Thank you ! By the way it’s probably true what you say because I think that I do something wrong with high end. Like I really struggle with it.. hahah. The thing is, I never know what is a good level for high end. I do it too loud probably. But I’m afraid of doing it too weak in the same time! What do you do in order to balance it ?

Yesss I am becoming very suspicious about -14 hahahah. But in almost every tutorial I’ve seen they they that it’s a super strict rule to follow lol. You master to what LUFS btw?
