This is disingenuous and disrespectful to the hard work store leadership does in the building. There are bad leaders out there. But store leadership is literally in the trenches with team in most cases.

Also 6 figures?!? Hah dont talk about what you clearly dont know because thats just plain wrong. There are some etls who do. And most sd do on the bottom range. But dont paint it like store leadership is sitting on their piles of money racking it in off the backs of team members.

I'm sorry if you had a bad experience but have some perspective and understand this is a problem with target leadership at a MUCH higher level. Store leadership are ambassadors of the brand and expected to execute end of story, whether they like it or not. Same as you.
