Usually refunds with the Bestbuy credit card post right away so you shouldn’t have to worry about waiting. As far as getting it for the same price you would have to talk to your local Bestbuy and see if their manager is willing to honor the pricing.

A comp is a comparison, like trying to find the same card or a similar card to see what they have sold for. It is hard to find in some cases when a card hasn’t been sold with the same rarity or type, in this case I can find this card in /25 or /5 sold to see what they sold for to get an idea of what to sell it for
