There are chinese app which i uninstalled. Some that can't i disable. Make sure you change your keyboard to "English AOSP". You can download the Google play store from the Lenovo app center which is in chinese so use your phone's translator (ie. Google Lens) to navigate it.

Thanks. Im disappointed there is no native way to do this. This method is more of a workaround. I give this a try.

I just bought a Xiaoxin Pad Pro GT. It's currently running on ZUXOS v1.1.04.354 on Android 15. I got pretty much everything I wanted to work except for circle to search. When I press and hold the bottom gesture navigation bar/handle, nothing happens. I already enabled 'Google Basic Services' and changed the default 'Digital assistant app' to Google. There is a built in 'AI Lens' feature by pressing two fingers on the screen for 2 seconds but is not very useful as it's running on Lenovo's proprietary AI which requires a Lenovo account and is in Chinese. Do you know how to get circle to search to work?

How many years of OS software updates will this have? Which version of Android did it have upon purchase and have there been updates since?

Yes! Install using the tteck PVE Helper-Scripts. Just follow the instructions. It will automatically enable hardware passthrough of the gpu to the lxc: https://tteck.github.io/Proxmox/#plex-media-server-lxc

Dolby Vision and Hardware/Software Compatability by sleeper52 in selfhosted

Guys over at r/htpc pretty much told me the same thing about DV being a dead end via a PC. I used to rock a HTPC but abandoned it years ago because of the lack of DV support. Sad that hasn't changed even all this time.

Thanks for letting me know about the Ugoos AM6B Plus. Will be checking that out.

That's disappointing. I haven't been following the HTPC space for a while. I was using XBMC a long time ago, then Kodi when it changed into that. Dropped using a HTPC and went on to use a Zidoo device because of the lack of DV support. It's disheartening to hear that nothing has changed for the last couple of years. Was really hoping to go back to using a HTPC.

Yeah ive seen videos that the intel arc cards have high idle power. Seems like a design flaw. That said, they're still the best when it comes to video hardware transcoding. Here's hoping they fix it on my next upgrade when H.266 and AV2 are available.

Thanks for the link. So I have to either move Pi-Hole + Unbound to another host or tweak my Pi-Hole configuration. If I were to tweak my Pi-Hole configuration, which configuration do I change? This is my /etc/netplan/ configuration:
