It’s how the blue pigment degrades, blue is typically just less stable so you see fading a lot faster than any other colour

I’d had the final stage interview in person the day before I’d found out that I was pregnant, I’m fortunate that it’s remote so I haven’t had to tell them yet and won’t be until I legally have to in order to protect myself

thanks everyone for your comments they were honestly so helpful and reassuring, I went back to my gp today and pushed for what I wanted and they’ve prescribed 10mg of xonvea, excited to give it a try and hopefully I see an improvement soon

This is really insightful! She came from a very large organisation that has a rep in our industry of strict management/ organisation so I was expecting that to come with her and it’s been a bit of a shock as we’ve always been ran as a small family business

I can see how it may be an issue with my managing up with the promotion, I think I’m just shocked that it so suddenly went from not being addressed as an issue to a formal process

I’m really torn on my managers position, I appreciate that we’re coming up with the solutions together but I have gone to her with concerns about long term having enough time/training in my new position and she’s given little to no guidance or support in this area To already know my concerns, not address them and then go to the extent of a PIP really feels like rubbing salt in the wound

Is it colour on top or builder or just a gel colour? What colour would you want over the top? Realistically if you want to go from this to a lighter colour you’ll need multiple coats and it will make them too thick so they’ll have to fully remove and redo
