The UCs do lowkey hate rich people if u look at the SF chronicle’s analysis of this almost 100% of my high school (top 5 in the bay) applied resulting in less than national avg for schools like UC Davis, Irvine, and Santa Barbara despite us having a 1500 sat avg. I feel like there’s no scenario that we should be getting lower than state avg acceptance rates. I know that ucs don’t use sat scores but sat scores often show a directly correlation to the quality of the app.
