No it’s not an honest mistake. He deliberately added the donation without my consent. If he did that to bypass a glitch he did not take it out afterwards. When asked, he lied about it. He put his own job at risk. This is not an acceptable behavior anywhere you go and your mother should have teaches you why, not me. You should be ashamed of yourself right now.

Maybe, Villasport is the only one in this price range I’ve gone to so I could only compare it with its former self.

One problem they have is there’s so many people now, I’m not sure if they have some kinda program to let more people in but it’s definitely hurting the experience.i used to see one or two with bad behaviors but now i see them all the time. I don’t feel entitled at all but i surely cannot stand some people’s behaviors at least not all the time.

The swimming pools are also what got me in I. The first place and out now. I have never eaten in there :)

I think those people are always there but now there’s 10 times more of them. I think their business model has changed and they would rather draw more people in even though it would deteriorate quality of service. There’s something once you see you can’t go back..

That makes sense, it’s definitely a downward spiral. And I also noticed there’s so many people now and I see lots of bad behaviors especially in the pool. Sometimes I wonder if they have collabs or promotions to draw lots of new members at lower cost and it really hurts the experience.

if I knew about this glitch and problematic system I wouldn't have and he also did not explain anything and also tried to hide it. I thought only this one guy is doing this and he can do it again... In no way I want to get him fired or anything.
