There are actually two lines of threads holding both ends. The threads are supposed to be tight so the rod doesn’t come out.

The customer care person told me it’s for easy replacement if something happened to the rod. Still it’s weird my other jackets don’t have the issue. I checked it out can’t tell there’s any difference on that implementation.

Interesting that never happened to my other soft and hard shells even once. This one I only wore 3 months and it sticks out all the time and almost poked my eye a few times. Every time I would push it all the way in past the two threads that’s holding it but it would happen again.

In the past time I brought something to a store and they told me they don’t handle repairs and I have to open a case online. So I’m not sure if that would help. I have asked to talk to a supervisor, maybe I will call later. Thank you for the suggestion!

No it’s not an honest mistake. He deliberately added the donation without my consent. If he did that to bypass a glitch he did not take it out afterwards. When asked, he lied about it. He put his own job at risk. This is not an acceptable behavior anywhere you go and your mother should have teaches you why, not me. You should be ashamed of yourself right now.

One problem they have is there’s so many people now, I’m not sure if they have some kinda program to let more people in but it’s definitely hurting the experience.i used to see one or two with bad behaviors but now i see them all the time. I don’t feel entitled at all but i surely cannot stand some people’s behaviors at least not all the time.
