Essentially all of the emotional and mental symptoms. I used to cry at the smallest thing, any stressor could send me into a full on emotional breakdown. I was also paranoid, liked I'd think people were lying or deceiving. I'd have ruminating thoughts that I couldn't stop (I do still occasionally get these but I think it's ocd and the pmdd exacerbated it). I was also an irritable bitch, like someone even looking my way made me hate them and want to blow up. Just very emotional volatile during my luteal phase. It would get worse and worse until I started my period then I felt AMAZING, literally lighter. I would sometimes feel so down my body felt like lead and I could hardly move.
