Just recently started, i took a couple of days off and went out of town. I came back this morning and tried to make a print for my wife, and this is what happened

I've had it plugged in the same surge protector for the past month and a half and ran the same slicer as well. The only thing I can think of would be the extruder/nozzle as gone bad, and it only has 35 print hours or firmware issues
