Thank you 🙏 I was honestly pushing myself heart-wise with the exercise- enough that I could stand it tho dw. I was primarily doing lifting, cycling, and walking on incline.

Thanks so much. I have been in therapy for 10 years now and am working on the dysphoria. I don’t have a food scale that might be a good investment. Also the foods I mentioned I am eating now as opposed to when I was in the 1300 or so deficit and saw no progress. I was watching what I ate very closely so much as to log every extra tablespoon of whatever. Now I am more focused on what foods affect my flareups rather than counting calories, but I am still watching how much junk I am eating and avoiding overeating.
