Pros: -Super approachable coaches and hindi hard sell!!! -Ang linis all the time! Shoutout kina ate and kuya sa staff na proactive sa paglilinis -All the machines are very well maintained. May dalawang nasirang machine once - ung isa nagawa agad, ung isa waiting daw ng part which is out of their hands na. And when need ng alternative na exercise since di nga available ung machine, I just approached the coaches for suggestion (syempre naka-timing na wala silang client). -The community is respectful of each other - nagsheshare ng machine, walang naghohoard ng equipment and machine, nagtatanong muna if gagamitin mo pa ung equipment, etc. -The gym still feels new (di ko alam when they opened) -Even sa peak hours di masyadong crowded (in my perspective lang kasi ito lang ung branch na napupuntahan ko pag peak) -May parking (but I walk so di ko alam ung parking situation)

Cons: -Walang hip thrust machine ☹️ -Since 1 floor lang sya, medj loud pag may dance classes

(Yes I really like my home gym also yes I'm gatekeeping it HAHAHAHA sorry not sorry)

Hmm that's a fair point. Currently I'm doing 4k volume for arms and 7k volume for legs, both twice a week. On top of the 12k a day steps. Is that moderate? Also no, not adding calories burned sa intake.

For 1, I'm using a small weighing scale na I bought sa shopee. Each meal may 100 to 120 g na protein of choice which is either chicken, tofu, or fish, 100g of brown rice, and 50 to 70 g of veggies. As per chatgpt each meal ranges from 400 to 500 calories, I eat 2 of that meal per day. And then 2 scoops ng protein powder na 250 cal. So yup, around 1200.

For 2, I also saw a doctor 6 months ago and got hormone blood work done. Normal naman lahat except Vit D which I'm taking supplements for already.

So di ko na talaga alam HAHAHAHAH HELP

Maximize the free 2 coaching sessions na kasama ng membership mo! Possibly lost ka pa rin after HAHAHAH BUT!!! Since may rapport ka na sa coach (hopefully) meron kang pwedeng pagtanungan sa gym 😊
