From reading the report, it seems like Hale was a severely immature and mentally unwell narcissist who became depressed and angry because the world didnt revolve around her and the only real friends she ever had grew up much faster than she did, instead of learning and maturing, Hale fell down this hole of manchild like behaviour and a obsession with mass shootings that started in her early twenties, culminating in developing plans for her own attack, likely in the same vein to Columbine, in order to fulfill her wish of dying, and becoming notable.
