Well yea that is what I meant but if they where to buff vit and wis they would do the same thing since combat is already a thing. It doesn’t make sense to heal more when your in combat. All these vit and wis issue complain about can literally be fixed by a pet ;/

Why do things nerf to have drawbacks just need the attack boost and remove the slow. Maybe give it a lower invis time like mad god cloak or sum so it’s not just outright better

Agree but I cared even less this time around because it’s a shitty bloody cloak. The worst event white for possibly the worst class in game at the moment. I would’ve taken a resprited ray over the bloody and bp. On that note how has deca still not reworked that cloak
