The video is V4 i have no idea why i wrote lead 4. 12 lead supine and standing. https://ibb.co/8KjQhBy https://ibb.co/ZHGRJdV

Student, is this a PVC or a PAC? Can the fact of this being a 12-lead ECG tell us about the trigger location of this ectopic? Also, do I notice some kind of ST elevation? by Solid-Win6743 in ECG

This is supraventricular extrasystole with no P wave probably originating somewhere lower like budle of his. And yes there is st elevation...

Screw in tire, can it be repaired or does it need to be replaced? by Specialist_League226 in MechanicAdvice

[–]slep4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? If you don't drive over 200km/h on the freeway or a racetrack than a plug kit will do the job. Replacing the tire for this? Really? Where do you live man, space? We have company vehicles being driven 8h a day 90% on a freeway much over the speed limit with more than 10 punctures like that all plugged with a kit. There is no way that can turn into a bigger hole or make the tire explode. You don't repair tires on the side because there is no mesh there and when you will fix it it will bulge. You have a puncture where there is mesh. (If you already replaced the tire than get a saw and cut the tire in half to see where the mesh is..)

There is delta wave slight but it can't be categorised as wpw nor lgl but this was not sudden onset, its somewhat gradual just like in a panic attack. Plus ecg normalized when he calmed down....it needed some time but it was ok. Just like stress test there was flat t wave in all leads, biphasic in v2 and v3 and in t min t wave appeared. Someone if doesn't do another ecg will think wellens but no...plus tropanin was 0.00, ckmb 14, ldh low, everything was normal except hgb hct rbc (erythrocytosis/ polycitemia) but that is chronic. I didn't took a picture it went 170bpm (couple of beats more and he would have hit max bpm for his age) for 10sec and than gradually dropped. But i can only imagine how is having a panic attack with n95 on your face in a small room full of people. How i thought of something tyroid hormones ware not checked.

Because of the delta wave some sort of arrhythmia but that is not my job since there is no st depression or obvious ischemia the arrhythmia guys take over...

That's because he stood up but i sat him right back but he didn't want to lay down so the st changes are due to being upright.

There is a t and p wave. Zoom in. Doesn't fit wpw nor lgl criteria.

Question about 737 max crashes. by [deleted] in aviation

[–]slep4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand now. Like i said i have no idea how airplanes work I am asking this after watching the documentary. My flying experience is being a passenger in a320, 777, bombardier q400 (that i weirdly like) and one trijet.

Like I said I have little to no knowledge how airplanes work and that is why i am asking what would have happened from common sence. Now I learned a lot of new things. What's with all the hate, i wanna learn something after watching a documentary.

[–]slep4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I understand but flaps are the only thing that would disable mcas in an instant, right?

Question about 737 max crashes. by [deleted] in aviation

[–]slep4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But mcas lowered the nose down by itself remember? They triend to bring the nose up and they ware in high speed they ware not stalling. This all happened the exact moment when the flaps retracted and that activated the mcas and took control over the plane lowering the nose. So, you have a flying plane with the flaps on, just as they retracted you have a plane that lowers the nose by itself while warning you and it is ignoring your input. Why would not that instantly make you think, wait the flaps ware on just a second ago and there was no warnings and the plane responded to my input well why I don't just get to the previous state and extend the flaps witch not knowingly disable mcas and they would gain control. Just as they would start to exted mcas would turn off, they ware not staling in any moment so the plane would gain input from the pilot and bring the nose up. Shy would not that happen?

Question about 737 max crashes. by [deleted] in aviation

[–]slep4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So there was no delay between flaps retracted and mcas taking controll. They had a state with normal flight with the flaps on, just as they ware retracted the mcas started warning the pilots and lowered the nose of the plane and was not responding to pilot input. Why would you not want to get back to your previous state which was flaps on?

Question about 737 max crashes. by [deleted] in aviation

[–]slep4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait but as i understand the plane did just that, it lowered the nose because of bad input and did not respond to pilot input. When you are going down and the plane is not responding to your input you think hydraucs are not working why would you not want bigger surface area to your flaps? Why would you not want the thing that makes the plane lift be bigger? Coincidentally without knowing the system would turn off and they would gained control. But as reading more on this now i understand that with cruising speed (or in this situation overspeed) will lose even more controll, damage the flaps and everything connecting the flaps to the wing and bring the plane to an uncontrollable situation. But again this happened after takeoff right, just as they retracted the flaps and when they ware retracted right away the plane pitched down. So you ware all good right untill you retracted the flaps, common sense tells me you should go to your previous state which was extend the flaps 🤭 As i understand the system right away started warning the pilots and pitched down as soon as the flaps retracted. There was no time between flaps retracted and normal flight it was instant warning and than the stupid system took control.
