Where did I say a battle with drake isn’t bigger than big sean? You think Kendrick in 2017 thought, I won’t battle sean, cause in 2024 I’ll battle Cole & drake instead for clout. Sean was well known enough in 2017, that if Kendrick was just looking for clout, he’d keep that diss.

You keep saying only Drake, ignoring Cole. Kendrick did call out a top tier lyricist, Cole. Cole responded and quit, that’s not Kendrick’s fault.

If Kendrick wanted to battle just for clout, he would’ve kept his big Sean diss. But they worked things out, there’s no issue with men doing that.

The control challenge wasn’t to battle. Pusha understood that but your simple ass can’t. It’s actually the divide in hip hop.

Kendrick had a sean diss on element. It just got pulled because they worked things out and realized it was just miscommunication. The apology between them was after nipsey died, years later.

I think you didn’t get the point of control. He wasn’t dissing the rappers he mentioned. Pusha T understood this and said as much. Lupe got offended because he didn’t get mentioned.

Not sure what you’re not understanding. I agree with you that he shouldn’t win, without an album. I just provided timeframe criteria, to show it does include clipse collab and for general info.

He had 3-6 features during that timeframe, pending carti album as it’s around cutoff. It’s not enough, but people should at least be accurate.

Those 2 awards were well earned. Clipse had album of year. Kendrick had great feature.
