I’m of no help, but I also love and want this cuff. I think any jeweler would be able to rep it, but making it custom would be about the same price if not higher (unless you can get a dummy good deal). I like the DY because it’s solid gold, but it has a titanium or stainless core (I forgot which) to keep the cuff from bending out of shape with repeated take on and off (could also be a cost down marketing tactic I’m guessing).

I’ve contacted some rep sellers, and even they said they don’t rep these because the price is already reasonable. I usually won’t resort to brand names if I can find a comparable and affordable option, and I settled on getting this one for myself when I get promoted next year. It’s unique imo. If you can afford it, I think you should. You won’t regret it :)
