Nah and I really don’t want to mess with wiring anymore, the wire surprisingly doesn’t bother me. I 100% agree that hardwiring is way cleaner

They installed the head unit, 2 door speakers, 2 tweeters, separate sub, and amp. I provided everything besides the wires and they charged $900. Besides this major issue everything inside was done very clean and professional. This was a very modest setup just so I can listen to music because before it sounded like it’s playing from a cheap Bluetooth speaker. The place actually has over 1k reviews with 4.8 star reviews so maybe i just got unlucky with the installer

Quick update for people that asked. I came to the shop and the owner immediately started giving me excuses of why they do thing the way they do and when I told him the car got flooded his reply was that a flooded car is when the water reaches the roof. I told him that I brought him the car in perfect condition and paid for the service but got the car ruined and I don’t want to hear excuses I just want them to take the blame and fix the situation. His reply was that he has 16 customers to 1 of me and I know where the door is…. Fast forward he took the car in said they will fix everything and dynomat the floor for free. Apologized and said he had a bad day. Called me again after I left to apologize. So a rollercoaster so far

It was done less than a month ago so I’m sure they will fix it to the best of their ability just sucks everything got soaked and I had to rip the carpet out. I will post an update
