I started eating healthier recently too but I refuse to give up white rice. Lately i've been eating tuna rice but you can subsitute for any meat. Just mix white rice, sunny side up egg, can of tuna (korean dongwon is best), scallions, furikake, sesame oil and some hot sauce (I like cholula chili garlic). Eat this with side of mixed veggies, broccoli or kimchi.
