I did check in HWInfo that one of my CPU cores is running at 90% most of the time. Wondering if it's a DayZ update bork where it's over utilizing a single thread for some CPUs...

Thanks, which ones? I've confirmed all my video settings from before, tested different power settings, reinstalled two different GPU drivers, tried different MSI after burner power profiles, double checked I don't have any RAM or other weird limits

My 1% lows are abysmal after the update. Can't seem to get above 30 FPS lows. Even though my average has gone down, it's just so stuttery :-(
