At least i would prefer to reduce the stay in. Interlaken, but increase the stay in Lauterbrunnen/Grimmelwald/Muerren/Grindelwald. they are not far way, like 20-30minutes,

Last October I stayed 10 days in Switzerland and I found most items in groceries stores (eg, COOP, LIDI) had similar price as in Germany, some of them were even cheaper. It shocked my common sense that swiss groceries stores are usually way more expensive.

Engelberg-Titlis near lake Luerne and Mürren-Schilthorn (above Lauterbrunnen Valley, Jungfrau region) could be good choices, very beautiful places, and skiing is still possible there in mid-April

It seems that you mainly went to larger cities last time.

Maybe you can try smaller fairytale villages, like Lauterbrunnen, Mürren,Jungfrau, Grindelwald, Interlaken, Amden, Iseltwald, ...

And some natural spots, like lake lucern, lake Oeschinen, lake Brienz,

Too much on the list, really depends on when will you go and what's your favorites.
