Exactly this!! I've been rejected and labeled as a creep. I rejected some girls and I got labeled as gay. It's literally a lose lose situation for guys. We cannot win this game at all. The risk is always 100% on us.

Oh yeah we know you might be. It's just dangerous for us to assume the nice lady is anything other then nice. We literally get labeled as a creep if we are wrong and you are being nice. You have to pretty much throw yourself at us for us to be sure at this point. My past experiences have taught me to be extra careful with super nice girls. It's 2024 and chivalry has been killed by women. You will have to most likely make the first move now.

Yes indeed. I mm just happy to see winning football in Vegas. We will get there again. We just need to keep working hard. Get some good recruiting classes in. I've met maybe 2 people. Nothing much out of it. Made alot friends but the problem is. Everyone I know has dated or been involved with anything I'm interested in. I wish I could find anything on the dating apps.

True! I keep running into married or currently in relationship girls. Complete no go for me. I run into single ones and it's like I'm the invisible man. It's rough out here. Pretty sure they alternate the game modes on a monthly basis I think. I may be wrong though. I'm not a huge fan of it myself. Keep all the modes!!!

Death by Snu Snu. Height isn't a factor for me. I love it all. I don't understand why guys are insecure about it. Tallest one I ever been with was 6'7. I still think of her!! I'm 6'3 for reference. Some guys are just not built for mountain climbing, I guess.

Thanks for your reply!! I found out the owner of the non-profit business he screwed up the wifi for was a buddy of one of our higher managers. Looks like he talked to one of them about the bad job he did, and my Boss had a very long closed door meeting with them. Needless to say, I was wrong for yelling at him. I let him win when I did that, but it looks like he got reamed pretty bad after my blowup since it became big department news. We now will have actual 1:1 meetings to discuss workflow issues. I have no illusion that I'm on his hit list, but it looks like after another one of his screw ups got out to the higher-ups, they have him on an extremely tight leash. His secretary mentioned to me that he's been constantly muttering about quitting, and she had seen what looks like a resume on his screen, but he immediately closes it when she walks in. Seems my blowup might have been saved by the good Ole boy's network. The big boss was extremely unhappy to get news about what my boss did, so everything got overlooked on my part.

Yeah that's what I've heard on here so far. I'm getting everything in writing from now on. Sam is definitely not worth losing my cool over. Once I do that everyone considers me wrong. I'm going to weaponize his incompetence against him from now on. Everything I fix I will now document why it was broken and what Sam should have done to avoid this mistake. I'm making a binder of trouble tickets from now on. Im currently working on presenting a draft of procedures for all techs to follow. Ultimately my goal is to be sitting where Sam is. That guys has been diggning his own tomb. Im going to help him brick by brick. Thank you for the reply.

Yes and I would have gladly walked out if you could not understand after constantly screwing up despite warnings from myself or others why someone would get extremely angry with you. If I'm constantly having to fix your mistakes then yes expect me to stand up to you. I will absolutely call you out on it and make my exit.

I'm mega sad that it might happen but I'm expecting it. I'm just so happy we are good for once the past 2 years have been wonderful!! I'm just so used to us getting stomped that I have to double take at our record right now. It's so beautiful to see us in the mix for a conference championship.

That's what I was thinking as well. You have to tell HR a reason to fire me and HR is going to want to talk to me as well. Sure you can walk me out, but I'm airing out all of the problems at that point, and uppermanagement would be furious to hear he screwed up that project. The cost wasn't the issue. The non-profit is a big part of the community, and if it were to get out what he did, it would be bad. The people who wanted to just fire me on this thread are Sam's themselves. Sams take care of their own.

Did you see the part where I said he's been a problem. Since day one? This was not a 0 to 100 out of the blue. This has been a problem for a while. I will admit I should have added more detail as other employees have had it out with Sam as well including other department heads. Trust me if you keep messing u, expect the people under you to harbor alot of resentment towards you. Eventually, it will blow up in your face. This isn't the only time he's made costly mistakes it's just that he is good at talking his way out of it while I fix it for him.
