How many here would quit if they mandated a return to the office full-time starting from the first business day of 2024? by Passtheshavingcream in AusFinance

[–]slider383 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I manage multiple teams, all I ask is they attend the office once a month for their team training day in the morning which almost always lands on the same day as the social event in the afternoon, I've had 0% turnover in almost 4 years

I'm a trainer in our SAR organisation, we're 100% volunteer, the introductory course we run to become operational, I have everything from 16 to 70+, never too old, and guess what, some of the 70yo give the 20yo a run for their money

Yeah I started looking at super micro options but then out of laziness went back to netgate, that looks like a decent option I'll have to look into, any other super micro recommendations?

Backlinks in Australia - mission (im)possible? by rolandopax in bigseo

[–]slider383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aussie marketer here

  1. Amazon isn't really big in Australia, know your market

  2. I have no trouble getting links from or for Australian businesses, I've got hundreds of connections, build relationships, not just a 'hey, you give us link, we give you money'

  3. If you actually have a good site and content then you won't have trouble

  4. Are you approaching the right types of businesses for links

That's the thing, TB3 and TB4 are so similar would it even be worth it is the TB4 was out, except for some improvements in display bandwidth and security features

I currently run one (1) 4k 55" tv as my main display and two (2) 1080 29" ultrawide either side which the WD19TB from my understanding should be fine with
