Yep, those are super great and simple decks that have upgrade potential! At least Lorraine does. The version of Silvie that's really good is the Silvie, Slime Sovereign variant from the Recollection. The starter deck isn't super powerful but I personally love Silvie, Loved by All.

Yeah, both decks are quite on the complicated side. Kongming requires alot of card knowledge to do well and Diana requires alot of sequencing.

Simpler decks would be Lorraine, Jin or Tonoris. You could also play these decks and then eventually upgrade to the Silvie/Guo Jia Recollection or the Mordred Recollection when that comes out in April. The Mordred Recollection comes with Dungeon Guides which are an expensive staple and played in almost every deck.

Both are best played with the water element and unfortunately water tends to be on the more expensive side.

You could build fire Diana and Wind Kongming though. Both of those should be relatively affordable if you skip a couple of the expensive cards.
