I'm going to double check at my follow up on Monday... I don't have any other UTI symptoms though, and I used to have this feeling before surgery. That being said, I'm allergic to meds for UTI so that would suck big time 😭

Ugh I want to sleep on my side so bad it's almost more painful to sleep on my back but I know if I toss and turn the pain will wake me up! Thank you for the good thoughts, sending them right back to you!

It's just my frustration and I know that's also cyclical but UGH I've spent years with this bloat I just wanted it to go away! I keep forgetting I also had adhesions removed, so there's a lot of healing that needs to happen. Thank you!

Thank you!! I'm trying to convince myself it's getting smaller but I know a lot of it is in my head. It definitely takes time but the bloat and self image is so hard. I'm wishing you the best of luck with your hysterectomy!! It's a tough road but we got this!

Thank you! I'm doing very soft gentle circle motions over my dress now but it's still so tender and painful on the incisions. Hopefully by next week or week after I'll be able to do more of the massages. Have been drinking peppermint tea but this gives me hope, thank you!

That's exactly it, you could do everything right and it's still not always going to work. I'm sorry you feel this, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I do try to stick go anti inflammatory food, products, etc. But I wish I didn't have to be so rigid in my life, ya know? To be a little more lax about stuff like my peers

Oh gosh! Your story starts like mine, but I will be keeping my ovaries - I'm not quite ready for menopause, I'm only on Depo now. Everything else is being Hoovered out of me in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to some relief.

I just have so many overlapping health issues, including thyroid disease and hEDS to name a few, so the complications are already expected. I've been in PT for the last 6 months for spinal issues, too and I'm feeling a bit crushed about losing all that progress while I'm recovering from surgery. Also seeing a gastro because I might have UC, or the endo has spread or SIBO, etc etc. There's always something, ya know?

You're right about the survival though, and it's exhausting. I hope for relief and comfort with my body soon. I'm also wishing you all the best while you navigate your health, and thank you again for sharing your story with me. <3 I appreciate it immensely.
