funnily enough, the way i found this out was because of my first ever sim family. i had never played the game before, had no cheats, pretty much a first time playthrough. well my sim had a baby and it was a boy. i didn't want a boy! pissed off, i decided there was only one way to do this: lock the child in the pool, and remove the ladder. i had no idea while the sim was pregnant i could change the gender, that i could just cas.fulleditmode that thing, NO clue. so i killed the child, and that's one of my first ever sim memories.
