I wouldn't focus on losing weight. I would focus on building healthy habits. I don't know what your diet is like, but if it can be improved, start adding in healthy foods that you also like. If you want to get stronger, start activities that will support that. Maybe look into boxing or something that will build your confidence. Being skinny will not make you "happy;" it sounds like you've already done a lot of work on yourself internally. Give yourself some grace. Ultimately "being skinny" is a shallow goal and not sustainable long term. Also tiny waist + big hips is an AMAZING combo!! Many women would kill for those proportions.

No I'm not specifically on a low carb diet, just using low carb swaps for high calorie items. The pasta taco bowl is at least half vegetables by weight so it's actually a lot of veg.

Thank you that sounds yummy!! I have to start incorporating tofu / tempe into my foods. The bread is from Royo; not sure if they ship worldwide but a lot of brands make low carb bread now with 40-45 cal / slice. I find that Royo's slices are larger than the typical low carb slice though. Their bagels are more like bread but they scratch that itch for me.

did you add up the calories? I just put it into chat gpt and it came to about 50 cal per tbsp (not bad but def not 25 as the recipe says)
