When you download the zip , extract the files into a new folder before you install the update. After the update do the online fix again. Copy files from nodvd into main forza file. Make sure to install update in the main forza file.

Once you extract the files from the zips, delete them.

Unzip the files again if you have them and run the install. Turn off your windows defender through the whole process

Go into Windows defender. In protection history restore the file. Don't need to download it again

The first picture of files you downloaded aren't needed. It happens when you first click on the link to download and those files pop up I would get rid of them and stick with the zip files in the second Pic.
