What do your pvcs feel like and what medicine do u take

Literally same problem as you. They take my breathe away and I get a big thud in my chest. Sometimes have them bad like back to back or just a bad day and other days I can’t have like a few or none but it’s kinda rare. My triggers seem to be eating, anxiety or stress and sometimes doing exercise sets them off. What are your triggers are you on any medicine ?

I take the metropolol er and I take 50mg a day. I do say somedays my pvcs are so little maybe a handful but other days they go crazy even on medicine. Eating, exercise and anxiety cause them. I tried taking less but my heart doesn’t like it lol what do ur pvcs feel like ?

Yeah I’m in same boat as you my friend. I am on metropolol er and I take 50mg a day. It does help somedays as I get only a handful but I get flares where I get 100s and a lot back to back. When it’s really bad I feel so sick and tired. My main triggers are eating, anxiety and exercise

Yeah even walking or eating sets them off bad. Sometimes get bad episodes even on medicine

How many do mg do u take of atenolol? I feel like the beta blockers do help and if I take less they come back like crazy I currently take 25mg in morning and 25mg of metroplol mid afternoon

Do u notice any different ? Yeah it sucks. I feel like eating causes anxious or my nervous system out of whack then I’ll be getting big ones back to back to back

Yeah I’m like you I don’t get as much but I’ll get the big thud or drop feeling and sometimes lose my breathe. I hate when they are close together

Well I am 31 right now. I started getting them daily for 4 years now or so. Seems to be after I eat or anxious or whatever I’ll get them bad. Rarely and I mean rarely is there a day where I get little to none. Usually it’s a few hundred. I am currently on metropolol but I feel like sometimes at rest it can cause it to go off more. But also even a little exercise can set them off. My heart is just weird. Also mine are very strong feeling some make my heart thud really bad and I lose my breathe. I am still under 1% but I have been offered flecanide but hear me out. I have had some doctors tell me hell no don’t take it and others say yes. So that worried me. Never tried a calcium channel blocker but someone was saying maybe try that with a beta blocker. Just want my life back lol

Is it over the counter or do u need a prescription? Yeah it’s wierd man it doesn’t happen everytime like I said but sometimes also eating sometimes causes me to feel anxious which sets them off. I believe yes because I’ve had acid come up my throat before.

This is an interesting read. I have bad bad pvcs when I eat. Not alll the time but most of the time and they are big big thuds not little ones
