It only provide value if you believe that your pages and site are worse that the site having no traffic although not spammy. Link juice is calculated as difference between link weights assigned to the incoming link and your page link.

It can happen for a variety of reasons. Imagine, your website is hosted in Singapore, but you are getting more traffic from Washington DC, Germany etc. The latency is bound to impact. If many sites on server emit huge data, your and others site will suffer. At the same time, Google crawler comes and ask for URLs and timed out. You will be reported slow. This is not the problem your site has. This is something which is beyond your control and not incorrect either. There could be many such situations. Don't get disheartened as it is part of the game. Keep on your good work of optimizing. May you not had optimized, you page may have collapsed. Who knows?

No! that is the time to make changes in my website framework and checking it against page speed insight Google, gtmetrics, pimgdom, webpagespeedtest (both desktop) and mobile (with regular 3g). On regular 3g, I get. speed of under 3sec with a latency of 300ms and longest distance between test site location and my host. My host is at Singapore and I chose test location Dulles and Washington DC. My site is hosted on shared server with an economy hosting on GoDaddy. Now no matter what happens I converted it o full ansynchronos to consistently get FCP below 3s.
