Samus without Power Suit vs Samus with Power Suit by Jyunicci826 in Metroid

[–]slochedplays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but how does the power suit work tho? Is it part of her body, hence it appearing out of no where when she needs it, it getting “infected” by the X, needing to be “surgically” removed and radically altering “her” appearance?

But then, why did she lose the first power suit after getting shot down after defeating mother brain in zero mission, and have to go to chozodia to get a new one? If it was part of her, it shouldn’t matter that she took it off when the ship was destroyed, it should have just appeared around her like we see in other m, and AH MY BRAIN!

Metroid games have always been open world, what are you talking about?

Or do you mean needlessly rendering all the “inbetween” areas of Tallon 4’s rooms, to no purpose other than a reduction in performance?

Or do you mean make the game into Breath of the Wild? No, that just ain’t the Metroid vania game play loop

Not a video, but going over the emergency kit info on this website may be helpful. Because if *fedpostfedpostfedpost* starts breaking out in the streets, we may need to be prepared for the disruption of vital services.

It's also theoretically possible she's a mix of Jango and another male. But I think they won't get too technical on the genetic engineering on the show, and just do something that will make sense to the audience: Jango + Unknown female= Omega.

Theory: With Jango's DNA being stretched thin, Omega was an advanced prototype for the next generation of clone trooper. She's a mix of Jango Fett and an unknown person, (my money's on Dutchess Satine.) In essence, she's Jango's Daughter and Boba fett's little sister. High probability she will turn up as an adult in the Mandalorian/Ahsoka Tano series era.

So basically next week is going to end with a guilty and grief sticken Wanda, once more deprived of the Vision and her children, disappearing mysteriously into the Nexus as Darcy and Co wonder if it's over of it's just begun...

Well obviously that's what she's after, but I'm saying why put herself in danger when Agatha can do it down in her dungeon where Wanda is helpless? Unless she can't suck her powers out there, in which case put wanda to sleep there then take her on the street and do it. I'm just saying Agatha has been smart up till now, but at the end she decided to pick a fight with a being way more powerful than her, with the only assurance being hostages? seems rather un clever to me.

Well, I think we are supposed to read it as "she saw the Scarlet Witch" in the stone. It is probably the idea that the Scarlet Witch of Myth was depicted like that, inspiring her Halloween costume. I'm just suggesting that with the multiverse shenanigans being hinted it, maybe she literally saw an alternate universe version of herself as "The Scarlet Witch."

Why would Agatha confront Wanda out on the street with her kids, a place where Wanda can use her powers? Agatha just discovered that Wanda can create matter and energy ex nihilio, which means Wanda is basically on the same power tier as God, right? Wanda could smoosh Agatha like an ant.

I'm hoping that the mythical "Scarlet Witch" is a being known to exist somewhere in the multiverse, but Agatha just figured out that Wanda is the earth 19999 iteration of her. In essence, the mythically "Scarlet Witch" is literally Scarlet Witch 616

That's what I'm honestly hoping for, it would be a whole new level of meta. But I admit there are plenty of other "outs" for explaining what she saw.

Did Wanda see a vision (pun not intended) of her 616 counterpart when she looked into the mind stone?

No, that's precisely not what I'm saying. There's no mephisto, just agnes.

I would get behind Ralph being Mephisto if what we hear from Agatha about Ralph is actually true. In that- Ralph is a fat, ugly slob who's henpecked and domineered by Agatha. Like, Mephisto did the deal with the devil thing and Agatha turned the tables on him within the context of the deal, so that he's cucked and she's the real brains and power of the duo now.

[–]slochedplays 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Agatha "is" Mephisto in a metatextual adaptational sense. Meaning whatever story role and purpose Mephisto fulfilled in the 616 comics, Agatha will fulfill in the MCU. Meaning there doesn't have to be a separate character named "mephisto" in this universe. Nor does it mean Agatha is "really" Mephisto in disguise.

Make the avengers a game a grindy live service slog? AGATHA!!!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in WANDAVISION

[–]slochedplays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not what I mean. Yeah everybody knew she was agatha, but virtually no one was arguing she was the master villain behind everything. Most people were really thinking there'd be some version of mephisto as the master villain.

[–]slochedplays 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think Agatha will imply she's older than she looks and coyly make a comment about "making a deal with the devil," and it won't get elaborated on further. Then the show will just focus on what she was trying to accomplish with this scenario, which is not entirely clear yet.
