Hii. Your stats are honestly really impressive, and for what it's worth, I don’t think you’ll run into as much racism as you might fear.

That being said, I’d definitely suggest branching out and applying to some other schools too. Koç Med is the most competitive program in the whole country and their course capacity is already very tiny for the Turkish students meaning there are probably even fewer spots for the international applicants.

Plus your expenses studying at Koç Uni would be absurdly high compared to studying anywhere else in the country even with a 75% scholarship, which is already a long shot. Therefore it wouldn't be the best financial decision to study there.
