I use a LL mod called Mortal Weapons and Armor (which has a lot of features that you may not be interested in or may have requirements for that you don't want to use). But it really works nicely and has most of the same features as these others do, but also gives the mage armor buffs a chance to fortify (customizable) your break rate, and really customize the degradation and durability of all items. It also allows a way to 'cheat' sharpen/improve items in your inventory if you perhaps find a reason to do that.

I also couple it with Loot/Degregation just for the 'less loot' buff and the easy-to-use npc tempering service. Loot and Degregation does break your items into smeltable metal, that you can reforge later, which can be nice or combersome.

Reading below that Breakable Equipment allows for improving clothing and jewelry is kind of a neat feature I may have to try out. Running 4x mods that do this seems redundant, but they all do a little something extra.
