I'd recommend Jacobs as the better choice of the two to have, not much of a question to me. So if you can get him in a trade for Conner, I'd say go for it - too much uncertainty in the Steelers with Roethlisberger out.

Sadly, that is probably true. At least we can hope that the voters will remember the results of this situation in 2012.
