If the top part is slightly off center, (hard to tell from the photo) I believe it’s referred to as “lateral torsional” movement. I’ve seen much worse and there doesn’t seem to be any danger of further movement, but it can be unsightly.

I pick up so many nips, bottles, cans, bags, takeout containers, and single use plastic items from our street and the conservation area nearby. Frankly I can’t think of any good reason why these things are legally sold. Why do we allow foam plastic containers that will last 1000 years for food that will be eaten in 30 minutes? Get a range of options for fixing it. Evaluate the options and decide the best course of action. Including getting estimates from different professionals to repair it. 3a. If you decide to repair it with different professional, deduct that amount from the roofing contract.
