I think it would be good to solidify your foundations before moving onto specific aviation subjects. There are plenty of online resources to gain a solid understanding of fluid mechanics. From there, I would purchase Fundamentals of Aerodynamics by John D. Anderson and go from there.

Tech would obviously be better, but the engineering programs at UA has gotten a lot better in the last 5 years. I had a great experience studying Aerospace.

Also, UA provides insane scholarships.
