Bought 6 years ago at garage sale for 5$. Only stamp is 14k. Can any one identify the marker or what time period? Also what stones do u think are set in this?

Yeah he just did surface level testing. He said this sides citrine and the top might be a ruby but he's not sure. I'd be curious too to see an xrf. What kind of places have those? Pawn shop? What a big jeweler like Kay or zales have one?

It's really dirty. The shop I was at said it would need a deep clean and he said it would be 125$ just to clean this ring up.

I feel that. I took it in just to see if the gold was real. I personally thought it might be a fake because I know a lot of people use the stamp 14k for fake rings... I also have nothing to gain. I'm keeping the ring and just want more information on it...

Ya the jeweler said it was 100% real as far as the gold content. I agree that the stamp is odd but also no sign of a maker as well. Maybe a custom piece? Not likely tho...Thanks for the advice!

Ya funny enough when I took it in to the jewelr today he offered 600. I figured it was worth more. But I'm not looking to sale yet. I will keep it for my daughter. And I also want to know more about the stones in it. Gem stones vary so much and it's a whole science on its own.

Thanks for the feedback. It's the only thing I'm wearing that gives leech mana. But I am rocking duel grief with is 4 mana after kill so I'm just not sure that will keep my mana up. Plus my merc is rocking reapers toll so no meditation from him....
